Benjamin founded Comal Wealth Management to help you navigate the complex financial decisions you will encounter and to help you design your ideal retirement life plan.
Benjamin is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner (CFP®), Certified Investment Management Analyst® practitioner (CIMA®), Registered Life Planner® (RLP®), Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®), Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®), and Enrolled Agent (EA).
Prior to Comal Wealth Management, Benjamin served as a Senior Wealth Manager with USAA, a Fortune 100 company. During Benjamin’s nearly 11 years at USAA, he served as a trusted financial advisor to USAA’s high net-worth families.
Benjamin earned his undergraduate degree in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University and his Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University.
Benjamin married his best friend, Brooke, in 2012. She is a Registered Nurse and they have three rescue cats. They enjoy live music, ocean adventures, and eating really good pizza.

Fee-Only: This means we are paid directly by our clients for the services provided and we do not receive other sources of compensation such as payments from fund providers and commissions. Don’t confuse this with fee-based, which allows an advisor to earn a commission in certain circumstances. This can create a conflict of interest.
